This unpublished article integrates the principles of Positive Psychology into a system of intervention called Solution-Oriented Counselling. This approach treats a continuum of presenting problems using principles from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). A case example illustrates the application of this approach.
