Whether it be worries, fears, phobias, post traumatic stress disorders, generalized anxiety disorders, conversion reactions, or psychophysiological disorders, cognitive behavior therapy has been proven to be effective in treatment of these dysfunctions. This outline presents a solution-focused CBT approach to help overcome anxiety disorders using a series of client self-help questions and strategies.
